У статті досліджується юридична техніка як важлива правова категорія, визначається необхідність дотримання її правил і прийомів при розробці та систематизації нормативних документів. Авторами робиться акцент на проблемах, що виникають у сфері юридичної техніки в Україні та тенденціях їх оптимального вирішення.
В статье исследуется юридическая техника как важная правовая категория, определяется необходимость соблюдения ее правил и приемов при разработке и систематизации нормативных документов. Авторами делается акцент на проблемах, которые возникают в сфере юридической техники в Украине и тенденциях их оптимального решения In the article a legal technique is investigated as an important legal category, the necessity of observance of its rules and receptions is determined at development and systematization of normative documents.
