The diploma work considers magnetron coatings n-TiC / a-C on samples of steel X12M with CrC and VC sublayers and AlN coatings on MA8. Aim of the master thesis is comparative study of mentioned coatings adhesion using scratch test technique. In the work proposed a new methodology of coating adhesion measurement using scratch test. The practical value of the work is determined by the possibility to use the data received by the tests for the development of the new coatings concept and optimizing existed ones. |
