В статье раскрывается феномен стресса, который заключается в его универсальном механизме комплексного воздействия на физиологию и психику каждого человека. Характерологическими свойствами стресса являются – неспецифичность, системность и адаптивность. Главным условием возникновения стресса является субъективная новизна стимула.
The article reveals the phenomenon of stress, which consists in its universal mechanism of complex impact on the physiology and psyche of each person. The characterological properties of stress are non-specificity, consistency and adaptability. The main condition for the occurrence of stress is the subjective novelty of the stimulus. |
