Навчальна дисципліни «Кадрове документознавство» подається у контексті спеціальності, з урахуванням вимог стандарту вищої освіти. Мета вивчення дисципліни Дисципліна «Кадрове документознавство» передбачає знайомство студентів зі специфікою кадрової документації та документопотоків у сфері управління персоналом, вивчення класифікації документів приприйомі на роботу, переведені, переміщенні чи звільненні працівника. Вивчаються способи уніфікації та стандартизації документів, формується вироблення навичок складання найпоширеніших організаційно-розпорядчих документів відповідно до сучасних вимог з використанням новітніх інформаційних технологій. Важливість вивчення питань кадрового документознавства зумовлена посиленням уваги в суспільстві до проблем організації управління документацією в різних структурах, створення та уніфікації такмх документів, регулювання їх потоків й обігу, що зумовлено глобалізацією, євроінтерацією та автоматизацією діловодних процесів. Educational discipline "Personnel Documentation" submitted in the context of the specialty, taking into account the requirements standard of higher education. The purpose of studying the discipline Discipline "Personnel Documentation "involves acquaintance of students with specifics of personnel documentation and document flows in the field personnel management, the study of the classification of documents accepted on work, transferred, relocated or dismissed employee. The methods of unification and standardization of documents are being studied developing skills of compiling the most common organizational and administrative documents in accordance with modern requirements using the latest information technology. The importance of studying the issues of personnel documentation is conditioned increasing public attention to the problems of management documentation in various structures, creation and unification of such documents, regulation of their flows and circulation, that due to globalization, European interaction and automation of office processes. |
