| Description |
Purpose: to explore the modern concept of state building, innovative ideas of its development and their practical implementation. Methods: methodological basis of the study was the general scientific methods of cognition of analysis, comparison and synthesis. Results: there defines the modern concepts of the state, the model of construction of the modern information state. Discussion: status of the modern Ukrainian state, digitization as the main direction of the government’s work, positive and negative aspects of implementing innovative projects. Because of establishing and development of information society causing a growing scientific and practical interest in information technologies, information systems and their implementation in the practical activities of relevant economic entities and public authorities. The introduction of information technologies is one of the priority directions of the state development, because information technologies are aimed at facilitating people’s lives and creating comfortable living conditions due to technical achievements and easy access to information. Ukraine has stated its priority of becoming a digital economy: from digital infrastructure to digital skills of citizens and implementation of digital transformation projects, which will facilitate access to information for investors, businessmen and ordinary citizens. It is worth noting that the concept of the digital economy logically intertwines with the concept of libertarianism, because the latter is based on the values and «idea of individual freedom and minimization of the state apparatus», which is possible to realize, while minimizing state influence, the number of authorization procedures through the use of digital mechanisms, which will ensure the fulfillment of the functions of the state in the specified sphere, strengthening the interests of each individual.
Мета: дослідити сучасну концепцію побудови держави, інноваційні ідеї її розвитку та їх практичну реалізацію. Методи дослідження: методологічну основу дослідження склали загальнонаукові методи пізнання аналізу, порівняння та синтезу. Результати: визначаються сучасні концепції держави, модель побудови сучасної інформаційної держави. Обговорення: стан сучасної української держави, оцифровування, як основнй напрям роботи уряду, позитивні та негативні сторони впровадження інноваційних проектів. |
