| Description |
The influence of solar activity (SA) on a variety of natural and social processes is considered. To evaluate the closeness of random processes using analog of psychophysical Weber–Fechner law and using the estimate of the closeness of the spectra of these processes using programs created by the authors is proposed. The hypothesis about the causes of the periodicity of the SA is expressed.
