Description |
The orbital evolution of fictitious high inclination main belt asteroids with movement corresponding to the conditions of the Tisserand invariant for C =C(L1) in the restricted three-body problem has been investigated. The obtained results showed that the bodies with inclinations within 40–80° and 100–140° and eccentricities within 0.0–0.4 are dynamically stable at least during the 200 000 years investigated period, and periodically change their inclinations, eccentricities and perihelion distances. In some time, they can reach the vicinity of the Sun and during their orbital evolution they cross orbits of the inner planets many times.
