Principles of creation of the mathematical description of triaxial system for stabiliza-tion and control by orientation of lines of sight of observation devices operated at un-manned aerial vehicles are suggested. Features of a procedure of the robust structur-al synthesis in respect to studied systems are considered. The results of synthesizedsystem simulation are represented.
