| Description |
Purpose: the article is devoted to the phenomena of innovation and modernization in the sphere of higher education in Ukraine, which are not ordinary. It is shown the meaningful difference between the concepts of «modernization» and «innovation», as well as revealing their philosophical nature. Also it should be noticed that domestic humanitarian has exalted attitude to the stated processes, in particular, the so-called «innovative» methods of teaching are very unlikely to be admired. Methods: the continuous logic is formulated in revealing the essence of the phenomena of innovation and modernization in the sphere of higher education in Ukraine, which are not one-way ones. Comparative analysis of the differences between the concepts of «modernization» and «innovation» in the disclosure of their philosophical nature, a comparative analysis of Western European and domestic higher education. Results: it has been proved that the quality and speed of modernization processes in the field of higher education depend on a set of factors, a large number of which are not articulated in the scientific discourse. Particular attention has been paid to investing in the teacher as a condition for the modernization of higher education, since the teacher and student are key figures in all educational discourse. Attention is also paid to the comparative analysis of the status of Western European and national higher education. In particular, it has been shown that at the present stage there are processes of transformation of classical higher education. Discussion: today issues related to the phenomenon of legal education, have become the subject of scientific interest of representatives from many science fields. Actualization of higher education issues resulted from the number of reasons: significant worldview shifts that have taken place since the second half of the twentieth century; change in time perception and experience; commercialization processes in all spheres of public life; demand in people of a «new type»; fragmentation of human life. Higher education is one of the fundamental social institutions, which in a concentrated form focuses on all the features and characteristics of the socio-cultural context within which it operates. Today patriotic higher education is in the process of establishing and searching for its own identity. A specific feature of modern scientific knowledge is the actualization of those sciences and scientific fields, which in aggregate form the so-called humanitarian. Education is one of the directions of the life of a society, being humanitarian in nature and its character. Today issues related to the phenomenon of legal education, have become the subject of scientific interest of representatives from many science fields. Actualization of higher education issues resulted from the number of reasons: significant worldview shifts that have taken place since the second half of the twentieth century; change in time perception and experience; commercialization processes in all spheres of public life; demand in people of a «new type»; fragmentation of human life. There are significant megatrends in the field of current higher education – modernization and innovation. Цель: выяснение терминологических особенностей, связанных с употреблением терминов «модернизация» и «инновация» в сфере высшего образования, а также анализ социокультурных основ современных процессов, происходящих в отечественном высшем образовании. Методы исследования: формулируется непрерывная логика в раскрытии сущности явлений инноваций и модернизации в сфере высшего образования в Украине, которые не являются однопорядковыми. Сравнительный анализ различий концептов «модернизация» и «инновация» при раскрытии их философской природы, сравнительный анализ западноевропейского и отечественного высшего образования. Результаты: доказано, что качество и скорость проведения модернизационных процессов в сфере высшего образования зависят от комплекса факторов, значительное количество которых не артикулируются в научном дискурсе. Подчеркнуто значимость инвестиций в преподавателя, как условия модернизации образования, поскольку преподаватель и студент являются ключевыми фигурами всего образовательного дискурса. Внимание также уделяется и сравнительному анализу состояния западноевропейского и отечественного высшего образования. В частности, показано, что на современном этапе наблюдаются процессы трансформации классического высшего образования. Обсуждение: вопросы, связанные с феноменом юридического образования, сегодня стали предметом научного интереса представителей многих наук. Актуализация вопросов высшего образования обусловлена целым рядом причин: серьезными мировоззренческими сдвигами, которые произошли, начиная со второй половины ХХ века; изменением восприятия и переживания времени; процессами коммерциализации всех сфер общественной жизни; потребностями общества в людях «нового типа»; фрагментарностью человеческой жизни. Высшее образование является одним из фундаментальных социальных институтов, которая в концентрированном виде фокусирует в себе все черты и характеристики социокультурного контекста, в рамках которого она функционирует. Отечественная высшее образование сегодня находится в процессе становления и поисков собственной идентичности. Мета: з’ясування термінологічних особливостей, пов’язаних із вживанням лексем «модернізація» та «інновація» у сфері вищої освіти, а також аналіз соціокультурних підвалин сучасних процесів, які відбуваються у вітчизняній вищій освіті. Методи дослідження: формулюється безперервна логіка в розкритті суті явищ інновацій та модернізації у сфері вищої освіти в Україні, які не є однопорядковими. Порівняльний аналіз змістовних відмінностей концептів «модернізація» та «інновація» при розкритті їх філософської природи, порівняльний аналіз стану західноєвропейської і вітчизняної вищої освіти. Результати: доведено, що якість і швидкість проведення модернізаційних процесів у сфері вищої освіти залежать від комплексу чинників, значна кількість яких не артикулюються в науковому дискурсі. Підкреслено значимість інвестицій у викладача, як умови модернізації вищої освіти, оскільки викладач і студент є ключовими фігурами усього освітнього дискурсу. Увага також приділяється і порівняльному аналізу стану західноєвропейської і вітчизняної вищої освіти. Зокрема, показано, що на сучасному етапі спостерігаються процеси трансформації класичної вищої освіти. Обговорення: питання, пов’язані із феноменом юридичної освіти, сьогодні стали предметом наукового зацікавлення представників багатьох наук. Актуалізація питань вищої освіти зумовлена цілим рядом причин: серйозними світоглядними зрушеннями, які відбулися, починаючи з другої половини ХХ століття; зміною сприйняття і переживання часу; процесами комерціалізації усіх сфер суспільного життя; потребами суспільства у людях «нового типу»; фрагментарністю людського життя. Вища освіта є одним із фундаментальних соціальних інститутів, яка в концентрованому вигляді фокусує в собі усі риси і характеристики соціокультурного контексту, в межах якого вона функціонує. Вітчизняна вища освіта сьогодні перебуває в процесі становлення та пошуків власної ідентичності. |
